For your convenience we accept most major credit cards. We will make every effort to verify insurance and inform  you of your estimated out of pocket cost prior to your visit. Payment is due at the time of service. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid will be billed to you. Your prompt remittance is always appreciated.
